Nominations are now being accepted for the eighth annual Mother Colette Staff Mission Award. This wonderful award recognizes two outstanding staff members who exemplify the mission and values of Hilbert College. Nominations will be accepted until Friday, April 4 for an honoree from each of two categories:
1) professional staff
2) support staff (e.g. secretarial, maintenance, and campus safety staff)
The specific criteria and both nomination forms may be found in the first attachment. Hilbert’s mission statement and values defined are in the second. Once again, the Mission Integration Committee will serve as the selection committee. These awards will be presented at the Academic Honors Ceremony on May 9.

2007 – Kathleen Kazmierczak (Maintenance Staff) and Bob Pawelski (Information Technology Coordinator)
2008 – Josephine Sewastynowicz (Administrative Assistant to the Faculty) and Mich Sojda (Director of Academic Services)
2009 – Levarn Hunter (Switchboard Operator/Receptionist) and Matt Schamann (Director of Campus Safety)
2010 – Wayne Harvey (Maintenance Staff) and Maia Kapuszcak (Payroll/Benefits Coordinator)
2011 – Eileen Stack (Administrative Assistant Academic Affairs) and Tony Wiertel (Assistant Vice President for Business/Finance)
2012 – Kathy Fairbanks (Administrative Assistant to the President) and Kate Munroe (Executive Director of Student Success & Retention)
2013 – David Michalczak (Maintenance Staff) and Elaine Szczepanski (Student Finance Counselor)
