Free Trolley to the Village

Over the past several months there have been several exciting projects with  Town and Village of Hamburg that have linked students with local leaders in both the public and private sectors .  One result has been a new branding of the Village of Hamburg just approved by the Village of Hamburg Trustees complete with the tagline “Come to Discover, Stay for the Charm”.

These efforts focused on meeting the objectives outlined in Vision 2017 more specifically Theme 5: Strengthen  External Opportunities.  The relationships built have fostered another great opportunity.  This Saturday is the opening of the Farmer’s Market in the Village of Hamburg.  The Village of Hamburg Business Advisory Council (VBAC) and Hamburg Gaming are sponsoring a trolley ride from the Hilbert Campus to the Village of Hamburg starting at 9:30 am and running until 1:30. The trolley pick up and drop off will occur at the entrance of the Swan Atrium facing Immaculata Academy. This is free to all Hilbert staff, faculty, students, and family members.

This is a great step in continuing to build relationships in the community. Please join us for a Saturday morning in the Village.
