The 4.0 Recognition Brunch was held Saturday, January 21.
The ceremony included a welcome by Kristina Lantzky-Eaton, Ph.D., Provost/Vice President for Academic Affairs, and presentations from Kate Munroe, Executive Director for Student Success and Retention, and Mich Sojda, Director of Academic Services. The ceremony also included Guest speaker, Jonathan Hulbert ‘13.
Jonathan Hulbert graduated from Hilbert College in 2013 with a B.A. in Psychology and was the recipient of the Man of the Year Award. He then completed his Educational Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration at University at Buffalo in 2015. Jonathan was then employed by Campus Labs as a student engagement, retention, and student affairs assessment Consultant for fifty west coast colleges and universities. He has presented at the Student Organization Institute as the co-curricular assessment expert faculty member. Jonathan served as the Second Vice President on the Hilbert College Alumni Board and was the Director of Student Success at Tiffin University in Ohio, where he managed academic support staff, tutoring services, campus-wide retention strategy, and at-risk student programs.
He is a Graduate of the Last Decade (GOLD) Member on the Alumni Board and the Director of Leadership and Organizational Development at Buffalo State College. In his current position he coordinates 360 evaluations for senior managers, staff training, staff and faculty leadership development programs, and new employee orientation.
